Stratford is already a great place to live and enjoy but the East London suburb will be one of the best places to live in London by the end of 2011, especially if you like great entertainment. With the new Westfield Stratford City opening on September 13 2011, Stratford will be a great place to shop. The giant shopping centre will also offer a Vue Cinema, an art gallery, a casino and a bowling alley.
It has just been confirmed that the bowling alley will be run by All Star Lanes and will provide a 14 lane bowling alley, a restaurant and a bar within the venue. All Star Lanes already runs several bowling alleys in London including on in Holborn, another in Bayswater and one in Bricklane and they are planning to expand over the next few years to Bristol, Manchester and many other cities. All Star Lanes Westfield Stratford City will be the company’s fourth venue in London. The Bowling alleys, cocktail bars and restaurants are designed to capture the American retro style while offering superb quality of service in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
All Star Lanes Bowling will not only offer great entertainment for all the family, but also a trendy stylish place to hang out for a cocktail or two. The group now has just 3 months to get everything ready for early September. All Star Lanes founder and CEO Mark von Westenholz said: “We are delighted to be a part of Westfield Stratford City site.”
All Star Lanes is a great addition to the list of leisure and entertainment on offer at Westfield Stratford City. With the UK’s largest casino – the new Aspers Casino Stratford, three hotels – Premier Inn, Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites, a 17-screen Vue cinema and great restaurants and bars, and now an All Star Lanes Bowling, Stratford will definitely be a great place to spend time.
